Implemented a digital CMR workflow to enable pharmacists to conduct and document Comprehensive Medication Reviews directly within the healthcare platform. Telemedicine Platform with Video Consultation
Built a telemedicine platform using the Zoom SDK to enable secure, integrated video consultations between healthcare providers and patients. Integrated a healthcare platform with Claim.MD as the clearinghouse for eligibility verification and claims submission, connecting billing workflows directly to payers through standards-based EDI transactions. The integration reduces manual claims handling and keeps billing status visible alongside the rest of the platform's clinical and operational data.
AI-Powered Clinical Documentation from Care Provider Calls
Integrated RingCentral telephony with a healthcare platform to automatically capture and document care provider-patient conversations across inbound and outbound calls, connecting telephony activity with patient and care-team workflows so clinical documentation can be generated without requiring providers to manually document every call. The integration uses RingCentral APIs and webhooks to capture call events and attribute calls to the correct patient and care provider, then processes recorded conversations through AI transcription to generate structured clinical notes for provider review before they're added to the patient's record. The workflow also handles reconciliation of missed webhook events and duplicate activity detection to keep call and documentation records accurate, reducing manual documentation effort and giving care teams more time to focus on patient care.
